Everything you need to know about DigiNotice how it works, what it covers, and how to get started.
What is DigiNotice?
DigiNotice is India’s first AI-powered public notice intelligence platform. It digitises public notices published in newspapers, making them instantly searchable, with real-time alerts for property owners, advocates, banks, and corporates. We index 50+ types of notices from publications across India.
Who is DigiNotice for?
DigiNotice serves four main segments: individuals who own property and want real-time alerts, property advocates who need fast due diligence tools, banks and financial institutions who need to monitor borrowers and mortgaged assets, and corporates who want API access for large-scale notice intelligence across India.
Is DigiNotice affiliated with the government?
DigiNotice is an independent platform and is not owned or operated by any government body.
However, DigiNotice has been recognised and supported by the Maharashtra State Innovation Society (MSInS), the innovation arm of the Government of Maharashtra. It was also featured among the Top 100 startups at the Maharashtra Startup Week.
These recognitions validate DigiNotice’s credibility and its mission to make legal and public notice data more transparent and accessible to all Indians.
What happens if a notice is missed on DigiNotice?
DigiNotice maintains extensive newspaper coverage and robust validation systems to minimise the chances of missing any public notice.
That said, given the fragmented nature of public notice publishing in India, absolute completeness cannot be guaranteed. We actively monitor and expand our sources, and any identified gaps are promptly addressed.
For critical use cases, we also recommend combining DigiNotice with internal verification processes.
Which states and publications does DigiNotice cover?
DigiNotice currently publishes public notice data for Maharashtra, covering over 700 newspapers across the state.
Our broader network includes more than 1,400 newspapers across India. We are actively working to expand coverage, and data from additional states will be made available in the near future.
What types of notices are available on DigiNotice?

We index 50+ types of notices from publications across Maharashtra.
How current is the notice data?
Notices are indexed and made searchable typically within 24 hours of publication. For monitored assets and clients, alerts are triggered in real time as soon as a matching notice is detected in the database. Historical notices going back to 2019 are also available for search.
How are alerts delivered?
Alerts are delivered via SMS, email, push notifications (in-app), and WhatsApp — depending on the plan and your notification preferences. Real-time alerts are triggered the moment a matching notice is detected in any indexed publication.
How does the advocate portal work?
The Advocate Portal lets you search 50+ types of public notices by property, name, or survey number — results in seconds. You can add clients and their assets for continuous monitoring, receive real-time alerts when new notices are published, and generate AI-powered due diligence and soft title search reports — all from one dashboard.
Can I manage multiple clients on the portal?
Yes. The Client Manager feature lets you organise all your clients with their properties, documents, and notice history in one place. Each plan has a different client limit — Basic (15 clients), Plus (25 clients), Pro (75 clients). You can upgrade at any time as your practice grows.
What are AI Propert reports?
AI Property Reports are one-click due diligence summaries generated by DigiNotice for any property. They compile all historical public notices, ownership signals, transaction insights, and risk indicators into a structured report — saving hours of manual research for each title search matter.
Can my team members also access the portal?
Yes. The Plus plan supports 2 users and Pro supports 4 users. Team members can log in separately and access all clients and assets under your organisation. The Pro plan is ideal for small firms with multiple team members who need concurrent access.
How does the Banking Portal help with loan disbursement?
Before disbursing any loan, your team can search all public notices published against the borrower’s name and the property to be mortgaged — in real time. This reveals pending legal disputes, auction notices, and other risk signals that traditional credit appraisal may miss.
What happens after the loan is disbursed?
After disbursement, Bank uploads list of Name assets and Property assets to the portal. Then,DigiNotice continuously monitors the borrower and mortgaged assets. Your team receives instant alerts via SMS, email, or push notification whenever any new notice is published against them — allowing you to take action before the situation escalates.
Is the Banking Portal SaaS-based?
Yes. The Banking Portal is a fully cloud-based SaaS product — no installation required. Your team accesses it via browser. Pricing is customised based on the size of your loan portfolio and number of users. Contact us to discuss a plan tailored for your institution.
Is the DigiNotice app free to use?
The app offers a free 7-day trial with full access to all features. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue receiving real-time alerts and accessing advanced search. The app is available on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
How do I search for notices related to my property?
Open the app and use the Search function. Enter your Survey Number, CTS Number, Gat Number, or Plot Number along with your District, Taluka, and Village. The AI-powered search instantly returns all matching notices from indexed publications — no manual scanning required.
How do I add a property to monitor?
Go to the Asset Manager in the app, tap “Add New Asset”, enter your property details (survey number, district, taluka, village), and save. DigiNotice will then monitor all publications for any new notices matching your property and alert you instantly when one is found.
Is there a free trial for the Advocate Portal?
Yes — you can start for free with just your mobile OTP. No payment or credit card required to begin. The free access lets you explore the platform and evaluate it for your practice before choosing a paid plan. Paid plans start at ₹1,499/month.
